Welcome to Future Zone BD. By purchasing our women's clothing products online, in-store, or through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Terms

These terms apply to:

• All women's clothing products sold on our official website
• Orders placed via online platforms (social media, messaging apps)
• In-store purchases at any Future Zone BD location

2. Product Information

•  We strive to display accurate information including product descriptions, sizes, colors, and prices.
• All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
• Due to photography and screen variations, actual colors may slightly differ from images.

3. Orders & Payments

•  Orders are confirmed once payment is completed or COD (Cash on Delivery) is verified.

v  Accepted payment methods include:

• Online: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Debit/Credit cards, and bank transfers
• In-store: Cash, Card payments, Mobile payments
• Future Zone BD reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days depending on location.
• Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
• Delivery charges apply and are clearly stated at checkout or in-store.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase/delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with invoice, tags and packaging intact.

v  Returns are accepted for:

• Wrong size or item delivered
• Damaged or defective clothing
• Item not matching the online/in-store description
• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible.

v  Return method:

• Online: Contact support via phone, email, or social media
• In-store: Visit the branch with your invoice and item

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and approved.

v  Refunds are made to:

• The original payment method for online orders
• Cash, store credit, or bank transfer for offline purchases
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet

7. Size & Fit Disclaimer

• All sizes follow standard measurement charts, but minor variations may occur.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct size based on the provided size chart.

8. Misuse & Fraud

• Any attempt to abuse our return, payment, or promotional policies may lead to account suspension or legal action.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
